Hello and thank you for visiting.  I’m Bob Miller of Miller Lights, Inc. My start in holiday decorations begain in 1974 in a store window at Carroll’s Stationery in Red Bank, New Jersey. At Carroll’s, I gained an education in product merchandising by assisting with store window exhibit changes every 6 weeks.  I still remember their Christmas windows as the most special exhibits with mechanical figures and decorations.

In 1978, I started selling seasonal and Christmas decorations through the party and gift industry as a Manufacturer’s Rep working in New Jersey and beyond.  I stayed with one company for 6 years and as the party industry grew, I opened my own company, Bob Miller Enterprises, carrying the products of 30 companies and covering multiple states with 7 sales people.

In 1996, I was given the opportunity to work for a very prestigious New York City design company as the head of their Commercial Decorating Division.  In this position, I was directly involved in decorating some of New York City’s most notable properties and holiday landmarks.


As a New York company, our whole world changed after 9/11. The company decided shortly after to concentrate on their world-famous mechanical holiday window business and closed their commercial decorating division.

After working with some of the largest decorators in the US, we made the decision to move our family to Florida.  We left the pressure of NYC and the cold weather of the Northeast behind us, but I still maintained the most famous account in the US for many years after our move.

In 2004, now living in Central Florida, I joined Brandano Display, Inc. headquartered in Margate, Florida. Brandano is one of the largest display manufacturers in the US and a leader in the drive-through holiday event business.  Miller Lights, Inc. and Brandano Displays, Inc. have a long-standing and solid relationship and continue to do business together.

In 2007, the time was right to open the doors of Miller Lights, Inc. and build a family-owned business along side my son, Ryan. He’s worked with me every holiday season since 1996 when he was only 13 years old. After completing his education, Ryan has joined Miller Lights, Inc. full-time as we expand our business throughout Central Florida and the United States.

In 2016, Miller Lights Inc. purchased their own facility in Historic Downtown Sanford with plans of expanding into new niches.
